I've been using ExposureManager for years and they have ftp upload, where I cand drag the entiere show & folder system up to their site in one move, no additional creations on their site, as it is set up on my hard drive. So I could have a show folder / class folder / dog name folder Since I'm uber organized at my shows, I come home with the entire show hierarchy already set up with web sized proofs et all.
